Downtown Detroit engagement session: Julie & Ruben

10.18.18

I seriously drove all the way home from this engagement session with the biggest smile on my face. Not only are Julie and Ruben the sweetest couple you’ll ever meet, but they are model gorgeous. It took only a few moments in front of my camera for them to find their groove and the session was in full swing.
We met at the Z lot, a spot I think I will never will tire of. New things are constantly popping up and the atmosphere is so “Detroit”. Smiles, laughter, and many “Congratulations” from several passersby.
After the Z lot and Belt Alley we ended their session with them dancing on the rooftop to the setting sun. I couldn’t have hoped for a better session. Congratulations Julie and Ruben

Downtown Detroit engagement session: Allison & Robert

8.29.18

Allison and Robbie are an absolute dream to photograph. They are adorable and have a great chemistry which naturally makes them look great together. We met up in Detroit at the DIA and also stopped by the gold doors near the Book Cadillac for two great locations. I loved Allison's dress which gave just the perfect pop of color to their images. Congratulations guys, I'm super excited to photograph your wedding this fall, it will be spectacular!

clinton township engagement session: heather & nicholas

7.24.18

As if this couple couldn’t get any cuter… they show up at their engagement session with their 12-week-old puppy! I swear this puppy was a natural model and it was instantly obvious what a happy little family they have already become.
Heather and Nick’s style was perfect, and they looked just like summer. I loved Heather’s dress and she looked gorgeous in it. Nick was handsome in his blue pin striped shirt and khakis which complemented her dress perfectly.
We walked around George George park which provided all kinds of wonderful spots for photos. Heather and Nick did fantastic and were a breeze to photograph. Not to wish summer away, but I am really looking forward to this fall wedding.

Ann Arbor Engagement Session: Katie & Victor

7.3.18

I love this couple so much! Not only are Katie and Victor super cute, kind and laid-back but they are one of the most well-travelled couples I have photographed. They have already lived and travelled around the world (they got engaged in Italy) and they are only just getting started.
We met for their engagement session on the University of Michigan Campus where their love story began. It was on and off raining the entire time which you would never know because their smiles were so bright. They did so great and I’m super excited for their wedding day and to meet all of their guests from around the globe. It will definitely be an event to remember.

downtown Detroit engagement session: Hillary & Matt

6.28.18

Whomever thinks chivalry is dead hasn’t met Matt and Hillary. I love that Matt opens the car door for Hillary and the way that Hillary smiles at Matt. This couple is so sweet to one another.
I met up with them on a beautiful night at the DIA which was not far from where they had their first date.
As we made our way around the building I could tell how perfect these two are for each other. Mother nature agreed and gave us just enough cloud coverage for some gorgeous shots along the front of the building. Congratulations Hillary and Matt. I’m looking forward to capturing your special day!
