|Colin and Lauren chose the picturesque Edsel and Eleanor Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores as the location for their engagement session. Lauren had worked there as an intern before becoming an archivist at the Henry Ford Museum. I have to say that I think she may have one of the coolest jobs ever! We started the session off taking some photographs around the main house itself, before heading over to the rose garden. We had a great time chatting and getting to know each other, and I had a blast learning more about their love story, which started when they both were attending U of M. Oh, and I discovered that Lauren had promised Colin a pizza dinner at their local pizza joint after their session. Smart lady! I bribe my hubby with food all of the time. I can’t wait for their wedding next year at the Inn at St. John's!
