|I always love when I can tell that a bride selected me as her photographer because our styles are perfectly aligned. I felt that way when Krysten’s sister, Alyssa, booked me to shoot her wedding a few years ago, and then I felt that way again when Krysten booked me for her big day. In both cases, I walked into the getting ready houses and thought “wow this house is so ‘me’ and looks as though I decorated it myself”. And Krysten’s wedding day design decisions were just as perfect. She looked incredibly stunning in her off-the-shoulder gown, and Brandon looked equally dapper in his classic tux. I loved the bridesmaids’ long red dresses with the pop of dusty pink for Alyssa’s dress. Their ceremony at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament was really beautiful (it was sweet to witness how Brandon looked at Krysten during the ceremony) and then we were off to the Colony Club for more photos of the bridal party and for their reception. The floral decor by Viviano's was gorgeous and I especially love the choice of a lighter green rather than bold green leaves in the florals. Their cake by Chrstine’s Cakes and Pastries was beautiful as well, and their band, Eclipse, hit it out of the park. These families are full of such nice people, it was really fun to see Alyssa and Brian again and to meet their little boy, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of this wedding! Congratulations, Krysten and Brandon!
